8 weeks Introduction to Yoga Philosophy course starts Monday 27 October 8pm

8 weeks Introduction to Meditation starts Wednesday 29 October 8pm

8 weeks Yoga Beginner's course starts Thursday 30 October 730pm

Next Teacher Training course postponed until next year 2009

Children's term classes start at the beginning of each term.
