Term 4 Newsletter
Welcome to Term 4!
First, I would like to congratulate our twelve teacher trainees for successfully completing the Dharma Yoga Teacher's Course. I am very proud of each of you.
I would also like to thank Yvonne and Sandi Constantine for their kind generosity in donating new yoga mats to our studio.
Teacher Training Course
I have decided to postpone the next teacher training course until next year. This will allow me more time to focus on finding a permanent home for Dharma yoga.
Open Refinement
The feedback from last term's refinement classes was positive. So I look forward to continuing the classes this term on Monday morning at 9.30 and Thursday evening at 6.30.
Open/Dynamic
Due to many requests for a bridging class between open and dynamic, I have added a class on Wednesday evening at 6.30. This class will run for 75 minutes.
New Teachers
We welcome Dee back from Greece. Dee will resume teaching gentle at Dharma this term on Monday morning at 10.30.
The new graduates teaching at Dharma this term will be Katharine, Masha and Stephen.
Post-Natal
This term, our Post-Natal mother and baby classes will start on the 9th of October. They will run in blocks of five weeks. Please register your interest at reception.
Children Yoga Holiday Program
Connie will conduct a two hours fun holiday yoga class for children on Friday the 26th of September from 1-3 in the afternoon.
For bookings or more information please call her on 0404-830-533.
Prices
The cost for dynamic and open refinement classes will now change to a $2 upgrade with your open passes. We have also added a youth pass for young adults under eighteen.
New Products
We are now stocking Divine Light All Natural Skin Care products which are hand created in Melbourne and contain only natural ingredients, 100% pure essential oils and are Reiki charged. I know many of our students already use these wonderful products and speak very highly of them. There are sample bottles in the reception area so please feel free to try them next time you are in for a class.
If you are interested in an aryuveda (Indian natural herbs and healing modality) yoga cotton mat, please let me know as one of our students Eva is now importing them into Australia. Flyers regarding these cotton mats and their healing benefits will be available at Dharma in the near future.
Please review the Term 4 timetable for new classes.
I would also like to thank all the staff at Dharma for their service over the past term.
